Default cold air intake
just put heat shield tape on my cold air intake and a cover on the filter and no the cover wont block the filter

drive your truck for 15 min turn ur truck off pop the hood and touch your cold air in take and tell me if you can hold it there for 10 seconds
and if it does suck in some hot air, why would i want the tube of the cai to be hot too wouldnt that make things 2x worse?????

Sweet, thanks for the pics.


^^ I wrapped my intake the same way and saw intake temps drop by about 15* while driving. Only reads 10* above ambient.
