I brought my 2011 F150 Harley Davidson instead of the Limited because I heard the way the exhaust sounded on the HD, the Limited also had the 6.2. Ford tunes the exhaust for the HD, so it's stock and sounds like a 6.2 V8 should sound.

Please people, give me some reasons why you want your pickup truck to sound like it is ready for road racing instead of their original ideas of hauling crap, pulling trailers, 4 by 4ing, etc.

It's an American thing,..eh

An American V8 should sound like one. A deep slow idle, and a loud roar full throttle, with a mesh of the two at speed.

I had a 68 Cutlass with a V8 with true duals, straight pipes and glass packs. It wasn't " cover your ears loud", but when standing next to it idling, you felt it and just KNEW something mean was under the hood.
