Here's your Raptor wheels, your size tire, and right about a 2 1/4" lift with coilovers, and 3" block in back. Might give you some idea. Zero rub,no trimming.

Can you clarify a bit more? 35x12.50R17LT Ridge Grapplers, on OEM Raptor wheels, clearance on a 09-11 F150 with what lift or modifications?

Also, anyone have experience with the Exo Grappler AWT version?

I have a 14 screw with a 2" level, stock height rear, and 1.25" BORA spacers. I bought the spacers for my previous 295/60r20 Nitto Terra Grapplers. They measure 34.5x12.3 and are very square. I doubt that I would need them with my new Pro Comp AT Sport 35x12.50r20 but I like the look. I did have to trim the air dam and pull back the lower rear part of the fender liners with zip ties to clear with the spacers.
With 295/60r20 Terra Grapplers (not G2s)

35x12.50r20 Pro Comp AT Sport

Nitto vs Pro Comp (height is actually closer with the Pro Comp mounted and on the truck)

The raptor wheel is slightly wider I believe so it should be more ideal for a wider tire than the stock 20s. Check tires on customoffsets.com as they list the actual measurements. Tire size can vary between manufacturers.

Make sure you check weights, there is a large variation between tires.

If you want to go slightly taller, but not wider, go for the 285/75-17 size. It's perfect on these trucks without skewing toward the skateboard look.

Here's a post I made just this week in another section of this forum:

Well, I typically run 33x12.50 or 285/70-17 depending on wheels I've got at the time. And here's my personal experience:

BFG - Ran 3 sets of these. Last forever. Horrible snow and mud traction. Noisy. High rolling resistance means low fuel economy. Very over priced. Very much a bandwagon tire that is purchased on name recognition alone.

Firestone Destination A/T - Lightweight, fuel efficient, silent on the road. Wear was a little poor. Down to 6/32nds after less than 30,000 miles. Not a great offroad tire, but did pull me out of a mud hole once that I accidentally got into. Good rain and snow traction overall. Priced pretty well.

Nitto - Only modern AT tire that has lots of negative reviews online. They wear poorly and have poor traction. Are also over priced. I didn't keep mine long enough to really review them.

Goodyear Duratrac - Excellent snow and mud traction. Horrible rain traction. Wear about like a mud terrain tire. Got very noisy after second cross-rotation at 10,000 miles. Great looks. Weak sidewall construction. Most over priced tire in the segment. Not a good choice unless you spend a good deal of time off pavement.

Falken Wildpeak A/T3W - Best tire I've ever used. Priced well. Excellent rain and snow traction. Very strong sidewalls. Wearing great at 16,000 miles (currently). Rugged for offroad use, smooth as silk for onroad use. Some road noise but not bad. A little heavy which sucks a little more MPGs than some other tires in the segment due to the strong construction. Will likely look at buying these again.

Cooper AT3 - Very smooth and quiet tire. Surprisingly capable for such a mild looking tire. Made in USA. Priced well. Lightweight and efficient. Poor mud and snow traction compared to some others in this segment. Might still look at them again next time around due to price and fuel economy.

Hankook ATm - Noisy, some reports of poor wear patterns but mine were decent, average traction in foul weather and mud. Overall, not a bad tire but not a great tire either.

Toyo Open Country - Quiet and efficient, decent traction, good looking tire. Priced a little high but works slightly better in foul weather than it's Nitto cousin. Worth a look if money is no object.

I've also used a lot of "house brand" tires that are made by some of these larger companies and some of them are surprisingly good, particularly the Mastercraft brand.

BFG what? If they were so lousy in the snow/mud why did you buy a 2nd and 3rd set?
