Default X-plan information need.

I will be ordering a truck in the next two weeks. I am a Ford stockholder which I believe will get me an x-plan pin #. How do I go about getting a pin #. Also I want to title the truck under my corporation, can I still use x-plan this way?

Assuming shareholders are eligible for X-Plan, you will probably have to contact shareholder relations to get the Partner Number. With that number in hand, you can go to www.fordpartner.com where you will enter your Partner Number to get your X-Plan PIN.

You can also call the Ford Partner customer service number at 877-975-2600.

The following is a copy-and-paste of the overview section of the X-Plan rules. I don't see any specific mention of shareholders being eligible.

The New Vehicle Purchase Program (X-Plan) also known as the Partner Recognition Program, is offered by Ford Motor Company to the employees, retirees, spouses and other household members (driver’s license required for proof of residency) of selected Tier 1 suppliers, business partners, fleet partners and special organizations having a unique relationship with the Ford Motor Company. Participation in the program is contingent on the Partner Company's continued relationship with Ford Motor Company and will stay in effect until terminated by either party upon a thirty (30) days prior written notice provided to the other party. Ford Motor Company may terminate this program upon thirty (30) days notice at its respective sole discretion.

Nope. Don't confuse X plan with the A plan.

Agree, X plan for supplier-type relationships. I work for a defense contractor and we have X Plan.

Yep, X-Plan also applies to company employees / retirees of Fleet type Ford customers receiving CPA (Competiitive Price Allowance). You will need the partner number to obtain a PIN to provide the dealership.

Xplan is a pretty big waste of time if you ask me, every dealer I saw who had reasonable prices was > $1000 below Xplan price. They specifically told me if I wanted to use my xplan code they'd have to charge me more

I always got better deals than what x- plan could have given me. I have had tons of new vehicles, fords, and I always was able to negotiate a better deal on my own.

I'm not convinced you're comparing apples to apples. I bet you're comparing the deal you got after the incentives/rebates to the X-plan price. Remember that most rebates also applies to the X-plan whic brings the X-plan final price down to around 10K off of MSRP.
