In the ice and snow of the Northeast I run two sets of blades. One for winter with the rubber boot covering the metal part of the blade from ice and snow build up. Summer blades go on in the spring. My choice for both seasons are Anco blades. Even at 0* they will still lay flat on the windsheild and wipe it clean. I do not like Trico blades. They are terrible in the cold temps. RainX applications also help during all seasons. Love that stuff!!

anyways, what are you guys using? oem? bosch? michelin?

I have never heard of wiper blades guaranteed for life. They all break down from the sun and environmental conditions. I would love to try the Bosch blades but I can't see paying $19.00 per blade when I will probably need to replace the the same time next year. I like the Anco brand personally.

Does yours not have the shepherds hook connector? They should carry them. The connector would be the only glitch.

I have tried the Bosch, Trico and Rain-X blades and the winner has to be the Trico "Neo-Form" blades. We dont get much heavy snow here in Virginia but as far as pure rain goes they have worked the best for me. Also seem to last longer than the others. I always pick mine up at Napa Auto Parts since Autozone/Pep Boys/Advance Auto Parts are a crap shoot for anything, especially wiper blades or headlights.

I like the RainX curved blade too on my 02...last a long time..I use 22" blades & repositioned the passenger arm up one notch as the tip ran off the windshield, it did that with the 20" blades also... works perfect & I get more surface area cleared. I am going to experiment on the drivers arm position so I can try & get it to clear more of the left side but not rest too high either.

I have put one size bigger on the Mustang & my wife's car with no issues...bigger wiped area more visibility.

Im pretty sure they do. I just didn't feel like messing with it that day as the stock ones are almost a year old and really they are still working fine. Next time I will just pick up some and try them and just bypass the guy at the computer..

x2 on the rain-x wiper fluid. it only cost about $1 more than the blue stuff and acts like wax does to paint. water beads up. it greatly improves visibility in inclement weather.

I don't think so. Rain-x is wrong, like they are with many other cars too.
Besides, I don't use that over-priced rubber. Thanks
