Windshield Defroster not working
OP if you do any blend door replacements, DO NOT PUT POWER TO THEM until it is installed. Do not turn the motor, take it out of the box, install then attach power. Then turn the key on and do not start. Wait 30 seconds and let the actuator set.
Before, if you have not removed the battery terminal, you can try this:
How do you reset the climate control on a 2010 Ford f150?
The multiple button reset for the Ambient Air Temperature (AAT) sensor is as follows:

I have tried all recommendations folks but none have worked. Still no discharge from the windshield ports. Perhaps replacing the aforementioned part will resolve the issue. Will update as soon as problem is resolved. The weather here in my area is [insert profanity here] not favorable for working outside, so it may be awhile.
I don't have forscan, but I did a google search and most definitely look into that. I did plug in my code reader but nothing came up. Forscan it is.Thanks for the tip. Will update when I have something to report.
I just want to clarify what you said here, you're getting air from the face vents and the feet vents at the same time currently? Does changing the vent position alter this in anyway? or is it stuck blowing air from both face and feet? - Can you change to only face, or only feet?
If it's stuck all the time, it lends credence to your vent flat motor being broken, not *that* uncommon.
