I think it's 20%. I have 35% on fronts and a 20% strip on front windshield.

I believe its 18-20%. I've read in here somewhere if you want to match the front with the rear 15% is the way to go.
I'm going to tint my front windows this spring but not that dark. I'm thinking 30-35%

I've also hear the back is about 18%. I've talked with a couple of places and they recommend 15% if you want to match the back. I think the front is always going to look lighter even with the same tint due to all of the light that comes in the front window. Need to put a sunshade in the front window to compare. My 2004 had 20% on the front windows and with the front sunshade in place it looked pretty close. I think I'm going to do 20% again.

I would love to match the front with the rear but I would become a cop magnet. 50% is legal for front windows on trucks in Minnesota. I have 15% on the back window of my car and 30% on the sides. Got 1 ticket in the 4 years I've owned it. I find myself opening the moonroof shade when I see cops so that it doesn't look so dark! Minnesota has different law for cars, 50% ALL windows.

the factory tint is approximately 20%. you will never match from the outside looking in, only from the inside looking out. the reason your rear windows seem darker is because your windshield is not tinted and your rear window is. light source is from the front, therefore fronts always look lighter from outside your truck. looking out when you are in your truck will give you a better view of what matches.

typically 18% is what is on gm and ford vehicles for the back window. i do window tinting and get that question all the time and 15% will watch pretty good but keep in mind that the rear windows are gonna be smoked glass not tinted thus no uv protection and no heat deflection.

18% on the back. I threw 20% on my front to match it, then put a layer of 5 all around.

It's 20% on the back. Check with your state laws about what you can put in your front windows. They will stop you for that I always used 20 in front to match but I'm tired of getting tickets. So I just put 35%
