Default Will it look like crap?

Looking at putting a set of Raptor/FX taillights on my Sunset STX. However, I want to keep my headlights. Too much chrome in those taillights. I am having a hard time visioning if it will look bad with the STX headlights and Raptor/FX tails.

should look fine. do it. besides, they're nearly 20 feet apart...
i'm rocking the raptor hid's and stx tails for now.

Like crap? Probably not.
Although it may look a bit unbalanced. Might be worth looking into a slight tint rather than a full lamp assembly swap.

Lamin-X seems to be decent stuff:

That would be a subtle way to put a dim on the chrome without losing a bit of that balance.

Good call! Gotta get rid of those hideous cheap looking chrome tails! It was the first thing I ordered for my truck after owning it for about four days. O and don't forget to paint the edges around the tail lights black before you put them on.

I used testors model paint (learned about it here) about two years ago, still looks perfect. I used a syringe and artist brush to get it in
