Default Who makes a better daily transmission tune?

I'm interested in either 5 Star or MPT custom tunes running 87 octane. Based on my findings does this sound correct? (1) MPT Performance Street is more aggressive than (2) 5 Star Performance / Tow but (3) MPT Performance Chill is the least aggressive. I currently have a Diablosport Intune running their 87 can tune. It is just a slight improvement over stock. I'm looking for a better daily driver experience. I have a 2014 5.0. Thank you.

I've had 5star and MPT tunes and I greatly prefer the transmission tuning in my MPT tunes. With the 5star tunes my truck always ran in a lower gear than it should have, just cruising at 50MPH with no load my 5star tunes had me in 4th gear where both the stock and MPT tunes would shift to 6th which felt right given the low load the engine was under.

x2 for MPT. I've been running their 93 race tune for a couple years and love it, now considering it's a race tune it behaves the way you would expect for racing, you can depress the tow/haul button on the shifter and brings transmission shifting back to a more stock like pattern and even if that's not quite how you like, you can email them and tell them exactly what you want and they will adjust it accordingly as many times as it takes to get it just the way you like.

X3 MPT for the same reason as Rnlcomp the tow/haul option is awesome and don't have to reflash when you want that go fast race tune shifting.

I just leave mine in Tow/Haul, (factory)
higher shift points, delays going into 6th,
or so it seems.

Costs nothing.
