Bought my first set for my F250 from them about 4 yrs ago and not a single problem, and currently have a set from them on my F150 and no problems. Pretty simple and straight forward install. A little on the pricey side though.

trade your truck in on a 2013.
otherwise, I have DDM Tuning hi/lo and fogs in 6k, 35w. they are more blue than i thought they'd be compared to the other 6k i've had from the same company in my other vehicles and bikes. if you want white, you may want to go with 4.5k

With that said, you will get a bunch of people not answering your question yet, blasting you to do a "retro fit". Meaning you go spend HUNDREDS of bucks to get entirely new headlight housings with projector lenses so you don't burn the retinas out of oncoming traffic, make them swerve off the road and them and their families burn to death in their car because they got their drivers license at Walmart to begin with. (insert sarcasm)
I say do what ever the hell you want. Yes your lights will be blinding. Enough to make someone wreck? Doubtful. However, if you want to be slightly more responsible like I did, there are beam high adjustment screws on your housings and you can angle your headlights down a bit.
So, to answer your question, I got mine from DDMtuning. They have great products and great customer service.
Don't get duked into buying any high dollar kit because its "great quality". They are all after market stuff from china or Germany. People associate "German Made" with "Quality". I have had my DDM kit for over 9 years until my truck started blowing my ballasts and bulbs. They worked fine in every other single car I had. I have had the same kit in 4 different cars including my truck.
If you want an inexpensive, quality kit from ebay, Look up seller EBstores.
I bought my fiance's, my mother's and my best friend's HID kits from them. They ship FAST, have good stuff and excellent customer service. I ordered a 35w kit with 5000k bulbs from my fiance's car and they sent me 10000k by accident. I emailed them and they sent me 5000k bulbs and didn't even ask for the 10000k to be returned. Just make sure you get 35w and get a DC ballast instead of an AC ballasts. The internet will say the AC are better and safer. Non-sense. They just crap out faster.
P.S. let keep a count on how many people quote my reply and blast me for the retrofit comment.
