I fill my truck up whenever I get down to 1/2 tank. It costs me around $45 for a 1/2 tank versus over $100 for a full tank. It doesn't hurt the wallet near as much by doing it this way (Yes, I know I'm not actually saving any money by doing it this way but it hurts a little less). I was just wondering when do all of you fill up? If you care to give an explanation, feel free to do so.

 

I take it down to 0 DTE then fill up . I try and see what my most expensive fillup will be. So far been about $135 but I also only run 93 octane

 

I also fill up on E. Less trips to the gas station, and I can handle the over $100 fill up once a month!

 

1/2 tank here as well. $65-70 is a lot easier for me to handle than $120-130...

 

E for me. I'd rather see the gas station once every two weeks, rather than every five days.

 

E for me but its 120-135 bucks every 2 days.

Normally between 50-100 MTE. About every 2 weeks if I only go to work and back.

I fill up when the price of gas drops! Usually 1 fill up a month.

 

When MTE is under 20. Try to get as close to 0 as possible. Prefer going to the gas station twice power month versus weekly.
