Default Wheel and window trim help

Hey all, I’m brand new to this forum and have a Red 2010 XLT Supercab. Do you know if 2020 STX rims would fit without having to make any modifications and if so, what tires would you recommend for them. I live in Pennsylvania so we see snow sometimes in the winter. I mostly ride around the city and don’t go off-road much at all. Also I’ve been looking for chrome window trims and haven’t had any luck. I only see them available for Crew Cabs. Would y’all know where I can find it or even suggest how I can do them myself? I’ve checked AmericanTrucks, CarID and Putco and had no luck whatsoever. Thanks in advance!!

Wheels will fit. Don’t know about the trim or tires. I rarely see snow.

Gen 12 (09-14) lugs are 14x2, Gen 13 (15-20) lugs are 14x1.5 bolt pattern for both generations is the same.

Will also have to accomodate TPMS sensors since gen'13 sensors are not interchangeable with gen'12 F-150s.

What do you mean by “accommodating TPMS sensors” is there something I will have to do or purchase?
