That will fit. The tire will stick out past the fender though if you care. The lower the number the more it will stick out. Factory is around 44? 15 will move it out some. -12 will move it out a lot.

There's a sticky about tires and wheels that should give you a lot of info

here is a site that will help with telling you how much the tire will stick out compared to stock. asks for tire size, rim size, and offset.. THen gives at the bottom the amount a tire will stick out and the percentage off from stock for speed.

On my '13 SCrew, I went with 18 x 9" with a +25 offset. It added about 3/4" to both inside and outside. My tires are barely out of the fender well on the outside.

"sticking out" really depends a lot on the tire width you go with as well. A 305mm tire will hang out a good 1/2-5/8" more than a 275mm tire on the same wheel. So if you are going from a 275mm on a +44 offset to a 305 on a +15 offset, you will have effictively pushed your tire out 44mm, or about 1 3/4". If keeping the same tire width then its just 29mm. (hair over 1 1/8")

34.5" or so ??

Yes, and I would be confident it will still require trimming. My 305/55R20s (33.2") were catching the rearward portion of the OE flares when they were new. Your proposed setup is over an inch taller and approx. 10mm further out of mine.
