Default What wires/how to do this?

i got in a wreck a while ago and replaced my bumper in my 09 XLT with one with fog lights. Since then I already have the housings, bulbs and OEM switch to install them however I have no idea what wiring I need or how to wire them. Every thread I've seen does not answer what wires/relays I need. I would really like to have these wired ASAP, tonight if possible, but I'm also off tomorrow. Help?
Yes, I've used the search bar. A bunch of abandoned threads come up and nothing is on google or youtube.

your best bet, might to just buy a universal foglight wiring kit and wire them up, using the oem switch to trigger the relay. you can buy the 9005/9140/9145 pigtails at autozone or get em cheap off amazon.

Very easy to wire up a 4 prong relay.
one to ground
one to power(battery)
one to new lights power wire
one to existing light power wire
ground the lights black wire
I had mine hooked up to my factory fogs so when I turned them on my aux lights would come on.
