That's just it. You payed extra for a truck in the first place so they should replace it with a truck not a **** box car

Most states Lemon Laws have clauses in them that if the vehicles is in the shop more than x days in the first x months that it qualifies. Whether a backordered part counts or not would be a question for a lawyer, but some times just using words like "lemon law" and "lawyer" when you start talking to the service manager or Ford corporate can get them to start paying a little more attention.

Exactly. You would be surprised at how many vehicles a year a lemon law by backs. Online I read on the Consumer Reports site that in California alone, there are over 119 vehicles a year that are bought back.
