Default What kind of oil you running in your 5.0

Just curious what kind of oil you guys are running. Just bought a 2013 FX4, and I'm thinking about changing to full synthetic. Anybody getting good or bad results from this?

I use the blend I think that's what the manual recommends. I'm sure full synthetic would be fine too.

I am a big believer in full synth. I started with Mobile One, then moved to Redline, now I'm using Amsoil.

Don't want to start a dreaded oil debate, but I've had good luck with Amsoil products and their website is easy to use. I get filters, wiper blades, other fluids...all from Amsoil. They even sell Mann filters so my German car filters were easy to find.

If you buy $100 of oil a year, spend the $20 to become a preferred customer and you get a discount.

Any of you running Mobil 1 see any improvement in your mileage? I was thinking of switching to the Motorcraft Full synthetic.

I used the FoMoCo full synthetic in my Lightning. Never had a problem. In both of my 5.0's I just use the blend from the dealer. I figure if it's good enough for Ford to sell, it's good enough for me.
