Default What front struts are you using?

I have a 2010 xlt 4x4 and I'm waiting on my rough country 2.5 leveling kit and new wheels and tires in the mail and since I'll be installing the level kit I was wondering if I should replace the front struts. I Was looking for some rough country struts to match the ones that come with the level kit but no luck what do you guys suggest? I saw some by rancho rs7805 that's affordable. What are you guys using?

Basically you could level your truck up to 2.25 inches with those shocks without using a your Rough Country Level Kit.

Look at this other thread about 5100's.

Well I already bought the rough country leveling kit and don't want to return them so I guess I don't need these then right. Are skyjacker or rancho struts any good?

You can set the Bilstein 5100's at stock height and use the spacers or use the Bilstein HD shocks like I did on my '04 that had a 2-1/2" leveling kit.

Try out tha Rancho 7000 series. I am going to try these on my 4" lift when my fronts die to replace the 4" spacer. They make them in 0-4-6".

You can use the 5100's as a leveling kit but you can also leave them at stock ride height - 0" of lift and run your spacers.

Either or, I would go with the 5100's.
