Lets start with the bad first so I can end on a good note.
The weak A/C. That and mine has been repaired twice. Once more and lemon law kicks in.
No Storage in the back.
No Homelink.
Passenger seat bounces on the highway when its empty.
The power window switch quit and is on backorder.
Did i mention the weak A/C
Now the good.
I love the size and the feeling I get while driving it.
Kids love riding in dads truck.
First Ford and it is growing on me.
The styling is great, they always look great.

2010 FX4 Supercrew - Ingot 1800kms - 3 weeks old.
Made the switch from an expired 2007 Scab to this and I'm loving it.

Ingot silver is fantastic
Ultra quiet
Smooth on the highway
FX4 non-leather interior is comfy and looks awesome
SYNC works great with my Blackberry and Ipod
Trailer mirrors make parking a breeze
Back-up camera in mirror (small but effective)
HUGE rear cabin
22 month old daughter keeps pointing and saying "Daddy's new bach"
Ford sportliner and Ford folding cover are great accessories.
and I'm sure there are others. Oh yeah....Made in North America!
Gripes:
No climate control or PTM on standard FX4 available
Can get a really good shimmy going on rough roads.
Would like telescoping wheel.
Air Conditioning seems weak.
My gripes are minor....this truck is night and day from my 07, I love the 2010. It truly is a fantastic vehicle.

overall size
the smooth ride
the quality of everything
sync works awesome!
power is great
advancetrac is pretty sweet as well
drivers side auto dim mirror
Gripes:
no autodim on passenger side mirror
3.31 open rear axle, but with the advancetrac you don't even notice
didn't get the sway control, although i could most likely add it it seems pretty easy.
didn't get the rear view camera
That open hole in the front bumper does seem freakin wierd, especially with no front plate. Needs a winch. lol
