My truck came from the factory that way. I haven't done anything about it so far and if the windshield must come out I am not sure if I want it fixed. Will it leak in the future? Can they just cut it off? I am concerned that if they pull the windshield they will screw up something else like the dash or hood doing it.

I had the same issue a week after having it home. My dealer called it a factory defect and Ford would fix it. Mine didn't lack but you could hear air coming through like when you crack the window for fresh air. So they took my truck for the day. They pulled the windshield replaced it along the visor tint strip. Plus I got a free oil change, new air filter, and tire rotation for the inconvenience. *thumbs up Ford*
