Default weird brake issue

Ok so every time I get into the truck and back out of my spot the brakes squeal to no end. But just for those few seconds once the truck is moving forward I don't have this issue at all, no break noise. Any ideas I can do to fix the problem. I'm thinking I'm going to need to take the wheels off and scuff the rotors a bit and just figured I would ask. Just only has 23k miles on it.

My 13 does the same thing but I'll just pump the brakes once and it stops. Makes me think factory didn't put any grease between the pads and calipers. Will do it when I change the pads. I don't believe it's the rotors.

12s do it too. It is not trailer sway control unless you have a trailer plugged in or the truck thinks you do.

Pretty sure it is cheap rotors corroding causing vibrations until the corrosion is scraped off. Look at the rotors sometime. They rust quickly.

Maybe replacement with higher quality rotors would fix it but really not worth it to me. It only does it the first time I brake going by my mailbox.

This may or not be the same issue but I have a 2010 and my breaks squeal all the time when slowly breaking at low speeds. My pads are still at 8-9mm left and won't need to be replaced for quite awhile, which is odd considering I'm hard on my truck. A mechanic at a full service shop, not a Ford dealership, said that it's because Ford uses a metallic break pad(may or may not be true), and very tiny particles get in between the rotor/pad and cause the squeak.

I absolutely can't stand it but don't really want to/nor have the money to replace break pads for something like this. It makes me feel like I'm driving a very old Buick with worn down pads.
