Default weephole in intercooler

I have a 2012 F150 Platinum with the ecoboost ,148000 miles. Up until 3-4 months ago, I never had a problem. Intermittent missing in the engine. Almost feels like it bucks... typically felt more frequently at lower speeds. I had the plugs and coils replaced at dealership. It was Still missing. So, after reading a lot of threads about it, I drilled the weephole on the drivers side bottom corner of the intercooler. I've never seen any fluid come out of it, but it sure ran a lot better for a few days. However, this morning I noticed while accelerating out of my driveway slowly, it missed several times again. Are there any other things that could be causing this?

Your valves could be choked up with carbon at this point. Pull your MAP Sensor and clean it first.

There is no proof the valves get choked with carbon.

Schroedinger's Valve: the valve is both choked and clear until you clean the sensor and check.

Same issues here...tried the weep hole (after new plugs, boots and rotation of the coils). Weep hole didn't seem to work, still misfired. Lately it has gotten really bad, shuddering at low and mid RPMs. Tried the injector cleaner (Seafoam) which seems to have moderately helped...put in premium gas too. I LOVE my F-150, but man am I frustrated on trying to solve this misfire issue.
