Default Weak headlights

Not too happy with the stock headlights on my new F150. Am I alone on this or does anyone else have the same issue?

I agree with u. The brightness of the light output is to low for such a big truck. The only solution I c to this is hids.

PIAA bulbs are over priced and not worth it. HID is the only way to go.

Some have reported good results with installing new Silverstar Ultra bulbs.

After reading the pros and cons of retrofitting and results. I decided to go with the SS Ultras. Hope to have them in this w/e.

On another note, when I dropped the rear I thought I would get 'flashed' by oncoming drivers. Not so! So the headlights are probably set to be safe when you're towing/hauling, which I seldom do.

I bought the silverstar ultra's a few weeks ago and they are quite an improvement over stock ones. The stock ones are horrible

Philips X-treme Power bulbs are a pretty big improvement over the stock bulbs.
However, my daily driver is a 92 Bronco so the stock headlights in my 2011 seem excellent to me.
