Next time your dealer gives you flak about warranting your modded truck, show then this. This dealer, here in San Antonio, sells brand new lifted FX4s, and says they are fully warrantied by Ford, when I messaged them to ask about it. They will build you a custom truck to your specs took. I know where I'm buying my next truck.

Yes... BUT, here is the thing.
I have a local dealership here in the Reading, PA area that has 3-4 FX4's they are selling lifted with exhaust, flares, rims and nice tires, and so on. They look pretty nice.
They can cover them under warranty because they the dealership had the work done. They know what's done to the truck. They sent the truck to a specific company that worked with Ford to produce them. So they can warranty the work.
(They also added $14,000 to the sticker price for IMO $5,000 worth of stuff)
