Angry Warranty Issues?? Defects and Workmanship

Have discovered some issues with my new 2010 FX4 Screw. Some are obvious and some not. I'll start with the big one!!!!! Just discovered tonite!!! After a wash, I noticed a major crack in the lower bumper moulding and upper on the passenger side. Trust me I have been very gentle with this truck. Wont lean on it or allow others to, havent barely touched it with my bare hands on the exterior at all. People even look like they are getting too close I intervene. Yes I'm one of those guys......
Trust me, this is no impact damage issue. I got very upset and began to take pictures as I gotta approach my dealer on this. I then went to look at some previous photos that I had taken since purchase, zoomed in to see if crack was apparent early on. I feel I can see signs of the cracks developing as early on as 2 days after purchase, again 12 days after purchase.
Could it be the fasteners too tight? Causing the crack to develop?
I'm right sideways..............I'll add pics in order. Picked up the truck on August 10, first pic is from the 12th, second and third from the 23rd and the remaining up close as I discovered it tonite Sept 1st. I'm horrified that I'll have a hell of a fight on my hands and will ultimately lose!!!!
I will have another thread with three more very obvious issues. I'll post it seperate. Anyone else see or hear of what I'm hoping are pressure cracks of a sort? It can't in my opinion even be from a parking lot hit and run as there is not sign of a ding or scratch. What you see is bug guts.....

More.........
The crack comes from under the lower bumper, up around the perimeter of the fog light, stops midway of fog light perimeter, starts again and disappears in the gap. The upper portion is clear to see it starts under in the gap and comes up and fades off like a windshield crack. These pics are all today.

Call me skeptical but I am not going to believe the bumper cover and upper cover are going to be cracked at an exact line with that gap between them. While you have a good close up look at it the damage looks more like a scratch to me. Look at the bottom picture of the bumper and notice the curl at the end of the scratch or crack. Are you sure you don't have some neighborhood vandals.
Again, not trying to pull your chain but it sure looks like a scratch to me.

Angry Warranty Issues?? Defects and Workmanship 3 more problems (thread 2)

These are obvious......I hope, and should be fixed without too much hassle...........I hope !!

1) Headliner fabric cut too short where moulding meets the liner on drivers side door frame.

2) Whomever installed the antenna thought they'd scratch it up real nice so as to promote rust.

3) the white or silver dot in the drivers door that appears to be an imperfection in the rubber itself. It doesnt want to wash off. However I haven't tried too hard a I've been babying the **** out of this truck.

Worried a little about the headliner as it will be a major repair, the whole thing will need removed. The passenger side is about a 1/2" to 3/4" under the moulding. Likely as it is intended to be on both sides.

I completely agree. The bumper and the trim above it are scratched in the exact same spot. Considering the bumper is painted steel I would say it's scratched period, no pressure anything. Maybe it was that way when you got it, maybe it wasn't. Cosmetic issues like that, especially when they can see the scratch extend to parallel body parts is something they'll refuse to service unless it was noticed and pointed out at delivery.

Sorry man, I would love to side with you here but the pictures you posted to defend your position pretty much sealed your fate in the opposite direction.

Man I feel your pain, I really do. My first new 4x4 was a 2003 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab. I had it in the shop for minor things 11 times in the first 6 months. My 2007 F150 which I kept for 30 months I never had in the shop. Was the Ford built better or did my pickiness subside? Who knows.

The antenna you're probably going to be SOL on because who's to say and who can prove when or what happened. The headliner you are likely to have success with..

It's a definate crack. I almost wish it were only a scratch at this point. Pics are a real bugger to see something of this nature. There is nothing on this truck but bug guts and dust or road dirt. Trust me I'm aware that this sounds or seems skeptical and will to many. I almost did'nt bother with this thread. I'm really hoping to hear that someone has maybe experienced something similar. If it were vandals, or a parking lot scumbag or even of my own doing it is just too clean of a crack to be caused by some sort of impact or ding of sorts. There is no sign of initial impact point that would suggest the cracking came away from said point. Not even the slightest scratch. Are these two seperate pieces? It really seems like they come from out of the gap and grow out like a windshield break then die off.

I would not worry about the antenna... the headliner as stated above would bug me. Wait until the adhesive gives out and it starts to peel away and droop. Or your kid picks at the edge and starts pulling.

As for the dot, might be a paint dot to mark that it passed inspection.
