Warped rotors already

It's cheaper than using an integrated parking brake with the rear calipers since the rear caliper doesn't need the added complexity of a cable-operated actuator. (Which also makes installing new pads MUCH easier.) The added equipment for the drum parking brake is very cheap.
Plus there's a safety factor. If you're an idiot and drive around with your parking brake on, it doesn't burn out your brake pads, which are actually used for stopping the truck. (I suspect this is the main reason OEMs do it.)

Front brakes/ I need to vent
2010 F-150 Screw
11000 and I bring to dealer for vibration in front end when I apply brakes at highway speeds. They rebuild drivers side caliper, turn rotors and deglazed pads.
13000 Bring it back to dealer with same problem and I contact Ford service to let them know I have pictures of the rotors and they were severly grooved. They put new rotors and new pads on truck.
30000 and problem starts again, Finnally take it to dealer and state that I found a TSB #22234 dated Feb 2012 that states rotors and brackets need to be replaced along with the rotors and pads.(it sounds like ford is aknowleging there is a problem and how to fix it). I also stated after they diagnose the problem, to call me before they do any work. Call dealer at 3:00 to see if they looked at it and they said I'm all set. They said they turned the rotors. I told them not to work on it until I was contacted, and they said we won't charge you.
I called Ford service today and talked with a rep and he said he never heard of the service bulliten I referenced and there was nothing he would do.
I have a 2001 Chev trailblazer with 105000 and never put brakes on it.
I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder with 99000 on it and I put front brakes on it at 95000
I don't tow with the truck and I leave on Friday morning, drive 170 miles one way on the highway and come back on Sunday night the same way. Very little stop and go. It is parked the rest of the week.
I believe there is a problem with these brakes (calipers) and Ford will do nothing.
This is my first Ford and last one.

It's not a tsb. But an asi. I don't know what the acronym refer to. ( I know tsb is technical service bulletin ) But it may be if some importance when talking to the service writer.

Beer Gut Extraordinaire
I just started to experience the light-medium braking pulse. Sometimes it's just a little vibration, other times it physically moves the steering wheel. No pulse in the brake pedal AFAIK. Will do some tests tonight to confirm.
24000 km (15,000 miles) on the truck. Haven't towed a heavy trailer since November, and it's been starting to happen within this month, lots of heavy traffic on the way home from work but not much hard braking, just alot of braking. Don't think it's under heavy braking, just light-medium. Going to book it into a different dealer.
