No. The facts are they can deny a warranty for anything but the law will back you up. They would have to prove the leveling kit caused the problem that would be pretty hard since there are alot of these things in use and most dealerships will install these as well. I wouldn't worry about it if you want to level your truck then do it and enjoy it your paying for it so you might as well be happy with it.

If your concerned about it which i was go straight to the source and ask your dealer. I asked my dealer (service mgr) before I purchased the kit and he had no problems with it. His only stipulation was I didn't mess with the exhaust. If they give you a problem find another dealer.
My 2 cents at least

I spoke to my dealer before I bought my leveling kit and he said as long as I wasn't doing anything to the springs it was fine. I bought an HBS 2" spacer and kept the stock ride, just improved it in my opinion. Just make sure the kit you get is a solid kit! I've heard horror stories about some of these kits breaking at the welds and causing issues.

I have a 3" level on the front of my truck..... as a direct result my dealer replaced both my upper control arms and the right lower, under warranty.. (the 35" tires and my driving style didn't help)

I have no experience with warranty issues or claims, but I would imagine that putting bigger tires would directly effect some parts. Im talking about extremes though, like putting 37s on a 3.55 open diff. I would like to get 285/65/18s on my truck so I dont imagine it would harm anything. I simply want to fill my wheel wells more. If the larger tires are determined to be the leading factor of, say for instance, a tranny or diff issue, do you think the warranty will be honored?

You sure he didn't mean anything before the cat? If he meant cat-back he is truly an idiot!
