Another tidbit for the VHR that may help some is this...

If you have a check engine (or Airbag, etc), immediately run a VHR. It reads the codes and sends that along with the report so when you schedule a dealer visit they will have that code.

Helped them track an intermittent air bag light on my Taurus.
