Default V8 Coyote emblems

So the Ecoboost has that lovely "Ecoboost" badge on the front doors, while us Coyote owners have no identifying markers that a growling V8 lies hidden beneath the hood other than the center mounted license plate that only an F150 forum owner would recognize.

I'm wanting to change that with a set of door badges from a Mustang. The two I'm looking at are:

My truck is blue, but not sure if its the same color as the blue emblem though it looks close. If I buy blue and its not the same color, it might look odd, vs getting the red and contrasting the blue completely. Both of these are aluminum badges, not stickers, and would be installed on my front doors similar to the Ecoboost badges. I know allot of people on here are all about blacking out and debadging their trucks, but I'm all about tastefully chrome. My lariat is just about how I like it in stock form but a few more visual cues could make it just right. Let me know what you guys think, thanks!

How would one come across a 5.0 Coyote in a F150? I've looked and the very little information I could about the differences is a throttle body spacer? Just curious but whats the difference?

Basically it is the same motor as the mustang with a few internal differences in order to get the power range down lower in the rpm's which is where you want it in a truck.

I like the black & red emblems, but then my truck is ruby red with black accents

i replaced the flexfuel on the gate with one of the red ones. other than that, the v8 growl tells people it's a gasguzzler ....burning at least .4 mpg more than an ecoboost and spewing black death from the tailpipe

I bought the those red emblems to replace the flex fuel badge. Just so you know they are aluminum, but only about a 1/16 of an inch thick. I ended up putting one on the fuse box in the engine.
I did buy this one for the tailgate(same one byte liked).

Attachment 291649

and am still waiting for it. I hope it's quality.

I replaced my flex fuel with same badge as OP wants to buy. I think it matches the blue flame pretty well. I put a few coats of clear on it before putting it on the truck and it seems to be holding up well to the elements. It's been on for 5+ months now.

I have had the red on my tailgate for the last 5 months and it still looks good but it's still a little too soon to say if they'll look the same 5 months from now. They're pretty cheap so it's not really a terrible investment lol.

An appearance package variant ...
