Default Using Bilsteins set to zero and AS 2.5 level

Can this set up used in conjunction with each other and if so will there be any issues?

Yes, you can do that. That would be no different than using OEM shocks and a 2.5 level.

His issues sounds like the same problem I and a number of others had when getting the bilsteins installed. The nut on the top of the shock was tightened when the truck was on the lift and no weight was on the suspension. When the truck was put back on the ground and weight was put on the suspension it put slack in that top shock nut. Just tighten and problem was resolved.

Can someone post a pic of what nut is doing this? I have 5100's and they clunk pretty bad when hitting bumps

Don't have pic but it is the nut in the middle of the three others on the top. Look and see if there are threads showing between the bottom of the nut on top of the strut. If there is then they didn't get tightened down when truck was put on ground.

Basically it is a loose strut bouncing up and down when going over bumps.

I have mine at 2.25 setting and checked before I left lot and mine are silent and work great.

I mentioned in the other thread that people using 2.5 and up spacers were some times running into the upper A arm hitting the coils when cycling suspension. So I suggested that might also be a problem if using spacers with the 5100s on stock setting.

Not sure but you can look in wheel well and look on top of strut, you may be able to feel it also.
