After reading countless threads about suspension setups I've came to a dead end on which one to go with. I know there are mixed opinions/reviews on both. I'm running a 2.5" front spacer 3" rear block RCX level kit right now. I'm right at 50k miles so my front struts are starting to ride rough with less and less absorption on and off road. I drive on the beach this past weekend for the first time this season and it wasn't awful but not good either. I was going to go with bilstein based on cost but after the $120 rebate I've found the QuickLift with matching XL9000 rear shocks for $373 (Bilstein are around $347 shipped from autoanything). Opinions on the two going head to head? I haul my four wheeler a lot in the bed so it is important to have a good setup in the front and rear. I really would like to put a stock 1" block back in and run an Add-a-leaf but that's out of my price range as of now. Thanks in advanced! Sorry for the duplicate thread. My F150forum app on my iPhone has been acting up. Please delete. Thanks!

Default Go with a 4" rancho or Fabtech

You will be better off with a full suspension kit those are the best IMO ... I don't know why many guys add anything extra to the rear , my 2013 doesn't squat at all when I tow my boat ..... Nothing but stock in rear other than the pro runner shocks .... It sits even and other than the body roll caused by oem bushings I like the 2" pro comp coil over leveling kit it rides way better than stock but I'm going to change out my swaybar bushings to hopefully tighten up the front suspension a bit and decrease body roll ...
