Okay. Now I am confused.
I have a 2012 SCREW Lariat with the 8" Sony/Nav MFT. I have version 4.6 (that actually installed correctly).
It is my understanding that 2012 was the last year for MFT. And 2013 and on were Sync. The photos are of Sync, correct?
So the OP question was about MFT. Not Sync
Two totally different hardware and software systems.

I guess I was referring myine to myford touch as it has been referenced as that to me. Maybe it is considered Sync 2. and then Sync 3 is on the newer ones. Sorry if I spread some confusion. I was not knowledgeable enough to answer in the first place.

You have sync with voice activated navigation, this IS NOT the normal basic sync nor the my ford touch version. You have a special short lived case. You will need to find the correct software for those as the sync files that you are updating are only for the basic system and the 3.10 that we were talking about is for the my ford touch system.

You actually got me a little excited for a moment thinking I had an opportunity to "upgrade" to Sync without a major overhaul of the system.

Upon further research it appears all sync gen 1 versions (basic and with bigger screen/navigation) use the same files. Also 4.4 apparently had some big issues and 4.6 is the latest.

Here is what I have.
It is version 4.6 of Sync.
Sorry. I got MFT messed up. I just updated my dad's 2016 F150 this weekend and must have had that on my mind.
