Default Uh oh, traction control

Well, I know there is a sticky on this, but I just had to share.
I recently installed 275/65/20 Nittos on my truck. Today I took a long trip to Nevada, and as I was coming around a corner , it felt like my stability control, or something came on. This was in the mountains on a windy road, and it only happened once. It felt like the brakes were being applied. I hope it doesn't happen again.

There was a TSB fix for that, not sure what it is now.

Ya, mines done that a few times as well. As strange as it sounds, it's only around a certain left hand turn onto another road. Not all the time, but enough to concern me. Dry pavement, no visible slick spots like oil or wet tar. TC light comes on on the dash readout, I can feel the ABS pump vibrating, and my brakes are definitely coming on.
I thought it might have something to do with the latest mods, 315/70/17 tires, and BossCoilovers. Now I'm wondering about this "sticky" I can't find, or the TSB.

The first time it happened to me, it was quite a surprise, never expected it. I do remember just barely seeing the light come on. Now, on every left turn, I'm looking for it. The OP may not have been looking at the time, I've noticed you have to be fast, the steering wheel spokes sometimes block it as well.

I'm not too worried about my dealer giving me any grief about it, they're a bunch of good guys at mine.
It also appears this is a problem for trucks built on/before 6/10/12, that includes mine..

It's interesting about the tire size issue, and I'm just playing around here, but since my tire/wheel combination is a stock size,,,,,,,,,,,just not for a nonRaptor,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I am curious as to what tire size has to do with this thing acting up in the first place?

Isn't it supposed to apply the brakes to the wheel that loses traction. I live on a very steep hill, about 1/2 way up I have to make a hard right turn where it gets even steeper. It is easier to have a little momentum so most everyone here hits the curve pretty fast. In the 30 years I've lived here every vehicle would lose traction even on dry pavement in that curve and often really spin if wet.

Since buying the F-150 and other vehicles with traction control I can feel it most every time I come up. Unless I turn it off and then I get a little tire squeal in the turn.

Thanks for finding the TSB# I was to lazy to look for it. I should get mine done. It's been doing it ever since putting oversized tires on but I'm so use to it now, I don't know.
