And you've had it done? What size tires did you change to?

Like I said, if any of you have had your dealer successfully recal your speedo to something OTHER than A stock size that your year/model/trim level came with and it is now reading accurately, then start your own thread because you would be the first one on this forum to have it done. Also ask your dealer to share with the rest of the Ford dealerships around the country on how to do this.
No, I didn't have it done. Went from 275/65/18 stock (32.1") to 295/65/18 (33.1"), so I'm only off by a little over 3% or 2 mph at 60.

I have no reason not to believe them.

If you had a tuner you can recalibrated your speedo most(custom)tuners can do anything the dealship can do maybe more ....
All I know is there is a huge diffrence from any tune you install over the oem stock tune ..... Im running an 87 performance tune and it is so much better than stock its not funny .... Gas milage was about the same ... when I stay off the gas makes the truck much more fun to drive

I have an old tuner from other truck from Superchips that I asked them about using on another truck if the original was returned to stock, and they offered to trade it in on a new one for $229. Has me thinking.....

I have been tuned for 37,000 miles by...oh that's right, by ME!

A custom LET Tune with a SCT handheld can correct tire size and speedometer and also restore the lost power from the bigger tires and a whole lot more...

If you guys have any questions, please ask, I am here to help...

how bout the SCT tuner? That one dude on here is selling them for ~$300. I was thinking about getting one. I drive around 20k miles per year 90% highway. I wonder if it will help with gas mileage and general wear and tear on the transmission and such
