wondering if there is a TSB out there for the rear suspension popping when the truck articulates? i know a bunch of us have this issue, just wondering if Ford has put an actual TSB out for the problem? my truck is going in the shop next week for the second time with this same issue, so i am going to try to help them out some...

Are you referring to the noise present at full lock?

I think that there is one, but all they do is replace the bushings and rubber pieces in the rear. It did nothing to get rid of my issue, and neither did replacing the right rear leaf spring twice and the left once. The popping always comes back

i'm referrring to the suspension "POP" when the truck articulates, like putting the rear end in a bind. i am taking mine to the dealer next week again for this same issue. 1st time they tried to tell me it was the limited slip and it was "designed" so the axles could move a little. which i know is a lie. so i wanted to try to give them a TSB number if there was one...

PLEASE let us know what happens. I have the same problem. I have a 4x4 with the offroad package and I can't image this is normal...going up a driveway makes popping/clanking sounds!

I've got the same problem. Greasing my drivers side leaf spring packed helped it a little at first, but now it just does it all the time! Just driving down the road I can hear it!

Mine also makes that loud popping sound when I have to drive over the curb in front of my brothers house to go up his driveway. I am going about 3 mph and it shouldn't do that, I have 9,000 miles on the truck I Sprayed some dry lube on the bushings and that helps for a couple of days but then the sound comes back.

I think if enough people called ford and complained about it they may put a tsb out for this issue.
