Default truck leaning to pass side (I'm stumped)

ever since I got my truck it had a lean to passenger side, bugged the crap out of me I got myself a set of new leafsprings and sway bar, and was waiting for a rainy day to install.
Was sure it was one of those that were bad. Well switching out sway bar took 15 minutes leaf spring was a pain had to drop gas tank which of course was 3/4 full just to slide the bolt out the front of the spring, and partially remove the exhaust on the other side to do the same. nothing changed its all the same as was before, oh and while I was in there, my crooked beast got bilsteins 5100 all around and firestone airbags for the rear. here is a little drawing of what the measurements are from ground to fender.
I don't know what else it could be, I have seen some posts earlier on here with the same complaint, and I have seen other f150 on road gangster leaning, I guess I will have to live with the fact that my ecoboost power has twisted the frame

Now you got me wanting to check mine, would be funny if this was part of the design based off the fact that there is always a driver, curious if its level with you in the seat. I know someone that is on the "heavy side" whenever he buys a new car he has to have it customized with heavier components on drivers side or the suspension blows out due to leaning.

My truck has the same thing, but it leans towards the driver's side. The only time it's noticeable is if you are directly behind the truck looking at it square-on. It bugs me when I notice it, but I don't notice it all that much anymore (mainly because I try not to lol)

My buddy's BIL broke the back of the driver's seat in his Honda. He's a little on the plump side, lol.

Sorry to OP for the thread derail, could not resist.

Bonus points for putting the MIL in the bed for Winter traction.

It's all good

Happened to me a long time ago on a vehicle. Thought it was something on the rear, wound up being some problem on the front (the lowest point).
