Yeah, it's definitely a pain in the *** to remove the emblems and repair the damage, but it's worth it if you're going with new paint already. If you get a body shop to weld the holes before painting you'll never know they were there. Looks much cleaner without those gaudy pieces of plastic and cheap stickers.
