So I replaced the buttons and now those are all good!

BUT the airbag light is still on so I went to the local ford dealership and had them check codes and it is showing Code 40422. Something with a body sensor but they wanted to have me make an appointment because they don't know what it would be without having a service tech look at it. I'd really like to fix it myself if possible?!

I disconnected the battery only when I fixed mine recently, placed the air bag out of the way, did not disconnect.

The buttons were super easy. I got them from rockauto for $20 and after unplugging the battery for a while to discharge power to the airbag it took about 10 min to replace the button cluster
