I don't see anything on the web for that particular (4419) number. Sure you have the correct number?

I just like to know how things work.
After reading some posts on this forum about how to use the 4x4 feature I would like to know how to do it according to the manuf.
I got the number from this thread
https://www.f150forum.com/f38/transfer-case-118597/
It is not a manual shift -
It is electronic shift -
It cannot be a one speed as I have run it in low range

Your owner's manual provides all the instruction you need for needing to know how to use the 4x4 feature.

The part numbers are from the Ford Motorcraft service manual, which also has full parts diagrams, service procedures, etc. Go to www.motorcraftservice.com, pay your $20 for a months subscription, and download as much as you want of the service manual during that period.

I suspect that the TC is purpose built by Borg-Warner for Ford and not used in any other application.
