Train Horn
Just thought I'd pass this on to anyone who wants to install a train horn on their F150.
This is for informational purposes only. I know there are members who disagree with putting a train horn on a vehicle, and your entitled to your opinion, this post is not for you.
I put this on my 09 Screw. The horn is the shocker from Hornblasters in Florida. Works great, Just remember you have to be very selective in when and were you use it. Don't be a jerk about it. I use it strictly for a warning. I don't go around scaring people. I wired the horn thru several relays, this way the horn is only active when the ignition is on. The reservoir is mounted to the passenger side frame, up and out of the way. I disconnect the system during the winter months in case moisture builds up in the solenoid and it sticks open.

Sorry no video.
If you want the kit check out Hornblasters.com They have everything you need along with audio samples of their various horns.
Buy the way I forgot to mention that there are 4 trumpets to this horn, you can only see 1 in the pictures. The other 3 are mounted below the 1 you see

Anyone have a suggestion for a loud horn without a separate compressor, trumpets, etc.. that would be an easy swap out from oem?
I see that HarborFreight tools has a "Bad Boy" horn for like $35 which may
fit the bill but by what I hear online it still has a bit higher of a pitch than I would like.
Maybe they don't make such a thing with a deep tone?
