Well I was wrong. There is no extra step for full deactivation. Hold down for 5 seconds disables TCS, ESC, and RSC under 35mph. Looks like the fuse idea is your best bet.

OK so this morning before heading home from work I pulled the fuse. #47 like you guys said. The traction control light, e-brake light, and abs light all came on. I drove it home that way and yes the traction control was definitely off. When I got home I put the fuse back in, but when I start the truck all the same lights are still on, plus its telling me to chk brake system, hill descent fault, service traction control and all kinds of crap. Why is it still saying this with the fuse reinstalled. It acts like the fuse is still missing. And yes the fuse is good.

Give it a bit after you reinstall the fuse. It clears.
