Default Total Power Loss

10-12 days ago my truck (2013 5.0) suffered a complete power loss, while cruising at 70 mph. I coasted off to the side and it re-started after several tries. No further issues until 2 days ago when the same thing happened four times. I installed Forscan on a laptop and pulled two codes, PO230, and PO562. the first one is fuel pump circuit related, so I have ordered the fuse 27 fix-it kit (even though the fuse as well as the fuse cavity look fine) and a fuel pump driver module relay. I would sure welcome any other suggestions.

Check the wire connections on the BCM.

I know on older trucks the driver could lose ground with the body because of corrosion. My neighbor had that issue with an 06. Not sure ours are exactly like that, but something to check. It is in a vulnerable place.

Spiky, when you say the wire connections on the BCM are you talking about the ground for the inside fuse panel on the passenger side?

The BCM has something like 6 different wire connectors on the front. Make sure they are actually plugged in, passengers can kick them and knock them out.

Got it, done. I also removed the body to frame ground strap underneath the car along the frame rail on the passenger side (looked to be in rough shape) got some new bolts, cleaned the connections and re-installed. Installed the fuel pump driver module, I'm just waiting on the fuse 27 fix-it kit now.

I completed everything I mentioned above, including the fuse 27 re-location. One strange thing happening now, after the fuse relocation. I get a message on the dash that says "INT KEY COULD NOT PROGRAM". All of my keys work fine, so I don't know what that means. I hope I can get rid of it. Truck is running fine right now, I suspect my original issue was related to the body to frame ground.

Do you keep getting that message, or just once?

I got it everytime I tried to use my main key, which happens to be an off-brand from amazon. I went and found an original key (the chip works but none of the buttons) and used it once, and did not get the message. Then I tried the replacement key, and did not get the message again.
