I run a 285/75/18 with just a level and have no problems with rubbing.

I run 295/60/20 terra grapplers on my fx4 w a 2" level and stock rims and only rub at full lock against the uca because of the stock wheel offset.

Hey man, are you running stock wheels? Is yours a 2wd or 4wd? I have a 2013 xlt 4x4 with 2 inch level and everywhere Ive been and everyone Ive talked to has told me that 35's will rub all over the place. Im going with the 295/70/18 which is a 34 inch tire and people have had success. You could probably run the same setup.

I have trail grapplers in this size with a +20 offset and only had to trim the front valence a little bit. That's with a 2 inch level. Check out melwinns old truck he had them on factory wheels
