Tire Recommendations
I have the Michelin LTX M/S2 on mine. Have run the M/S on previous Cherokee and 4wd Explorer as well. They are expensive but have been well worth the price to me. Have run them on sand, mud/clay, snow and ice and have made it through without getting stuck.
Spend more time on the interstate than bombing through mud holes and we don't get 3 feet of snow here but they have worked well in situations outside my normal driving range. They do get used off-road with the expectation of they are merely a street tire. And no I don't work for Michelin.

Mastercraft All Terrain AXT . I love them. Not super over priced. And work fantastic. I've used them on my 09 5.4. And my 2011 5.0... I've gone Offroading/Mudding, Snow, dunes, Towing, just about everything a truck can do I've put those tires through and they've done great. They have a "Tread wear warranty" of up to 50k miles. I personally got 65k off my last set. But that's with some good ol fashion rubber burning here and there lol :P I'm sure you could get 70k out of them.
Buddy of mine is using the Mastercraft Courser MXT for mudding. Which is also nice but only really for mudding. They kill his gas mileage.

Just my experience, YMMD.
Cooper makes them.
I've had Michelins, BFGs, Goodyears, Mastercraft, and Falkens. I still go back to Goodyears, even after the KO2s I put on the 150, it'll be getting Duratracs next time.

Like I said, I really want to ditch the ATs altogether, I simply don't do any offroading to justify having them on - apart from liking the white wall as part of the overall 'look'
Incidentally they are AT3 that are currently on the truck. I find it's a little too much vibration for my taste.

Yes they are - I work at Goodyear & I'm bummed they discontinued
the SilentArmors (currently on my truck). If u have them
hold onto them !!! Getting summer rims (Black) with the
new AT Adventures soon !!

Thanks for confirming that, when I first saw them, the only difference I saw was that Kevlar had been added.
