Default Timing Chain - Electrical Issues?

So the last few weeks, I've been having some weird acceleration issues with my 2014 F150 Ecoboost 3.5L, which mimic the timing chain stretching issues. Within the last few days, I've had DTC P0016 pop up. Cleared it and it worked for a while. Then DTC P0017 would pop up. Same thing, clear the code and it works for a while. Sometimes turning the truck off and back on would work. I decided to hook up FORscan and compared the actual angles and the expected angles. I noticed that the both intake and exhaust desired angles would bottom out to 0 whenever I would have this issue. On the odd occasion, revving the engine might bump out the desired angles, and they would match the actual angles. If I'm not interpreting this right, please feel free to correct me. As a side note, I don't have the notorious timing chain rattle on a cold start either.

This morning, I went to remote start my truck and nothing happened. Remote lock or unlock wouldn't work. So I hopped in, and the Instrument cluster indicated that vehicle alarm was on and that I needed to start the truck to disable the alarm. So I hooked up FORscan again, and it gave me another DTC (I believe U0140) for Losing communication with the body control module. So considering all these, it leads me to believe there is something funky going on with the electrical system.

As you can see below, everything for the most part matches until around 35-47 seconds where the angles aren't matching. When I have the problem, the desired angles will stay at 0 until whatever issue that is causing it stops.
Any help would be appreciated!
