Default Harsh Downshift...Again

I own a 2010 F150 SCREW 5.4L that I purchased new and currently has 85,000 miles. Transmission seemed to work fine until the 60,000 mile service, when I began experiencing a harsh downshift from 2nd to 1st gear. Called the dealer and he suggested that since the transmission fluid was changed at the 60,000 service that possibly the TCM and PCM would need to be reprogrammed per TSB 11-8-12. That seemed to do the trick, and tranny has been shifting smooth again until recently. A couple thousand miles ago it began shifting harshly again. I waited until I took it in for service at 85,000 miles, and told the service writer this issue was addressed previously. He agreed that this shouldn't be a recurring problem, and said they'd take care of it. According to the paperwork they flushed the transmission fluid, and performed "transmission adaptive relearn." I've been driving it a week since I picked it up, and it's clear that what they did didn't fix it. Based on the paperwork I'm assuming they did not perform TSB 11-8-12. My question for those that may have had to go through this, I'm wondering if this TSB is a band-aid of a fix that is going to need to be reapplied every 25,000 miles or so, or if there's an actual fix to the problem? Just trying to arm myself with as much information as possible before I call the dealer back.

When it shifts from 2-1, even though I am applying a steady pressure on the brake pedal, it feels as though I suddenly jab at the brake when it shifts. Sometimes I can time it and actually release the brake pressure a little when it shifts, lessening the effect some. Occasionally, maybe once every 10 or so stops, it's so harsh that there is a loud clunk and the whole truck shakes when the downshift happens. Quite embarrassing when it happens, to say the least.
