Thoughts on these tires
What are your thoughts on a deal a local dealer is offering. If I buy 3-BFG Rugged Terrain (P275 60R20) he'll give me the fourth for free. Out the door including road warranty and alignment is $750 and change. Is this a good deal for these tires? Not the most aggressive but plenty for what I do or need.
I'm running the Bilstein 5100 at 1.5" so I know they will fit but was thinking about going with the P275 65R20's which may be a bit close. Will the 60's fill the fenders up good or should I up the size?

I'm not sure on the price ( I would have to do more research to find out) I installed a 2" leveling kit and then put on 275/65/20 Toyo Open Country A/T ll and they fit fine. No rubbing at all. The 60's will look good with your set up.

I bet these guys are confused about the Rugged Terrains (get great reviews), they probably thought you were talking about the Rugged Trails (which get really bad reviews).
I am running the 275/70 r 18 Rugged Terrains on my truck and I have never had a problem with them. They ride smooth, don't make noise, and have always provided plenty of traction on wet pavement and dirt roads. They will do just fine for most off roading conditions, but if you really want a tire that performs in mud you have to get a mud tire - even the AT TKO doesn't do much better. As for price that sounds pretty good, especially for r 20's, I think that is about what I paid for mine.

That's a good deal. The online stores are selling for around $200 ea. Plus you are getting an alignment ($60-$90) and mount, balance, stems and tax included.
I believe the Rugged Trails are what comes stock on Toyota Tacomas and my friend hated them. Switched to the All Terrain T/A's. But the Rugged Terrains look like a pretty good pattern.
