I just did my Boss Coil-over install on my 2014 last month and as long as you take your time and make sure everything is lined up, splitting the IWE isn't that bad. Actually makes it easier for the install, specially on the 2014. If you were closer, I'd have no problem helping you with it.

Though I do appreciate having a new truck and wanting everything do correctly and by experienced people/shop. I took it to my local dealer for the first oil change and alignment, so I know everything was done right. Well as right as the dealer can get it, LOL!!

I tried to save a buck and went to a local shop. Others have done this and they were fine. Long story short they ruined (2) iwe's...an axle bearing and a complete hub assembly. It went to ford for 2 days and was repaired. .
I was Luckey enough ford covered it under warranty. .it was a 2k repair.
The yahoo shop was ready to challenge me for the repair coat saying my driveline angle change was the cause. .not there neglect in a faulty install. .
Go to ford
Well worth the extra 100

Wow, this is what scares me. I actually used a small tire shop to install my autospring leveling kit. A few days later I started to hear a metal on metal rattling sound when I went over bumps. Well I took it back and they found a loose bolt on one of the tie rod's or something. I forgot what it was. They charged $210 for install and alignment. Anyways I got lucky that's all it was, and want to do it right this time around.

Quote from a shop before I had a coworker do it for me in addition to tires/wheels.

-Front shocks $165.60
-Rear shocks $92
-Alignment $85
-Shop Supply $19.96

TOTAL: $362.56 + tax

I know front coilvers should be just as easy, but they don't really think that when they plug it into a computer. More easy money for them.

Do the rears yourself if that's in the original price. It's super easy to do with sockets and wrenches. Did mine in the driveway and it took 30 mins.

No, just front only. Will do rear on down road one day.

Matt, I don't know where you are in GA, but Aikens Ford in Winder did my BOSS coilovers for $200 with an alignment - $60 per side, alignment $80. Talk to Jim at Wild *****'s (custom shop within the dealership).

Do the rears ASAP because it makes a dramatic difference. I thought it did more for the rides than the fronts! Lol

Hmm, they are an hour away from me. May be worth going to save $180.
