Default Tesla / Android Vertical Screen Stereo

I've searched and couldn't find more info regarding Tesla / Android Vertical Screen stereo for our trucks.

I found this online and wanted to know if anyone has this installed? Pictures & review are greatly appreciated.

Curious the quality and if it really retains ALL of the functions in the truck.

I’d go on YouTube and find review videos there out there.

Just saw that Gary Tibbot has a couple videos on them - will check it out. I wanted to see someone from here could chime in and share their experience.

There’s a guy who’s channel is “You tubing on a budget” and he has I believe a Linkswell Tesla style? In a F150 and he raves about it.

According to their website, they do not have a Tesla unit for 2009-2014 F150 trucks. I emailed them to see if they have one coming soon.

I was going to order one for my truck but they said lead time is 3-4weeks... guessing it’s cause they are still coming from China! The reviews looked good and the new versions are running android9 and 4gb of ram. Also they have a fast boot now so the delay on startup seems to be better... I just haven’t pulled the trigger yet cause wanted to find something I don’t have to wait so long to get...

It wouldn't shock me if they are coming from China. I am getting mixed reviews but wanted to hear the experience from members here and see if it's worth the money.

I also saw Linkswell (thanks to @StoneTheCrow) has them too, but they don't have one for 09-14 F150 trucks yet. I've emailed them so we'll see what they say.

Let me know if you find one! I am also looking!! I did a google search and there seems to be a lot of different companies making them now that look very similar to the Phoenix one with different names... I haven’t called any of them yet but I am betting the same thing. Place order and wait forever to receive. Then good luck returning if it doesn’t perform.

I would like to get a 09-14 version from linkswell....

If Linkswell makes them for 09-14 version - I'd probably choose them over Phoenix company. Thought I'd see it under their 'Coming Soon' tab but it's not there.

We'll see what they say. Will report back.

Googlefoo weak, yours is. (Yoda) there's an entire thread over in the audio section of people that have it and most of them had some sort of issue with it. https://www.f150forum.com/f30/tesla-...isplay-397700/
