Does anyone have any sites to recommend for a replacement tailgate for my 2012? I would like one that could send it to me painted.

Most places don't do that if you mean new product. So, used is the only way to get body color. Otherwise, acquire what you can and have it paint-matched at a local body shop.

 

I have been keeping an eye out for the past 10 years or so , my tailgate is pretty bent and dented
The 2009-2014 F-150 used tailgates are extremely rare (near impossible to find used )
the later model and earlier model are easy to find for some reason
also super duty tailgates are all over the place because people remove them for fifth wheels and flatbeds etc

I thought we went over this - they're easy to find anytime and anywhere, you just think they're too expensive.
