What phones seem to work best in having sync read back incoming text messages?
Wife's BB Torch sure as hell doesn't! We have the latest synch version installed according to SyncMyRide....really less than impressed with sync for what it costs IMO

 

Depends on your carrier. My Samsung Focus on AT&T works great. A Samsung Fascinate on Verizon did not work.

 

I don't think it has anything to do with carrier. it's the phone's software. Some are more accessible. BB and iPhone are locked down tight.

 

I have a Verizon DroidX by Motorola and it's flawless.

 

Same here. I'm rooted and running the Sensei .602 ROM.

 

I also have a Droid X on Verizon network and its also flawless

 

DX2 on Verizon works good.

 

I have a samsung galaxy with fido. Won't work. My girlfriend's samsung google phone also doesn't work. I have yet to try a phone that can work with the sync texting.

 

I have the DROID 3 and it works good with synce

 

My EVO 3D works with text messaging!

Mine was disabled by default on the phone.

Settings/Wireless & networks/Bluetooth settings/Advanced settings...Make sure message access is checked.

If your phone dont have those settings than it probably don't support it.

This is for android running 2.3.4
